Christ Church Chorale

The Christ Church Chorale is a volunteer, SATB ensemble dedicated to enhancing the worship of the church through the choral art. Formerly named the Logos Chorale, this group has actually been making beautiful music together since before there was a Christ Church (please see the article, “Our Founding”). The choir sings a wide variety of distinctive choral literature, ranging from the hauntingly beautiful polyphonic settings of the Renaissance masters, to the experiential pathos of spirituals, to the melodious euphony of contemporary works from the pens of such composers as John Rutter.

The chorale is open to males and females 16 years of age and older, and while no auditions are required for membership,  the ability to sing “at pitch” is appreciated.  The ensemble generally rehearses on Wednesday evenings, 6:50-8:10 p.m.
